ZIP HYDROBOIL, HYDROBOIL AND CHILLER PRODUCTS

Franke Kitchen Systems(Pty)Ltd, South Africa, warrants that, should any Zip Product purchased fail within 1 year (12 months) of installation, that the product will be repaired or replaced by ourselves, our Accredited Distributor or Service Agent free of charge, except where the failure is due to accident, misuse, abuse or unsuitable water conditions, and on condition that the product was installed and used strictly in accordance with the installation instructions. This warranty excludes transport costs.

All/any defects resulting from incorrect use of the article, or any use other than the normal uses are not covered by this warranty, as well as damages caused as a result of tampering by unauthorized personnel.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from non-operation or consequential damage to any other system, goods, furnishings or property. In the event of any product claim, Zip/Franke Kitchen Systems must be supplied with proof of purchase or installation before such claim will be entertained. Zip/Franke Kitchen Systems does not accept responsibilities for indirect damages caused by the replaced/repaired product, any other damage resulting from the repair/replacement of the product or damages to the surrounding area.
